On the first floor of a charming stone house, this beautiful 50m2 apartment classified 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation for 4 people , composed of 2 bedrooms with double beds, shower room, WC and a large open living room with fully equipped 31m2 kitchen as well as a balcony. Modern, well equipped and bright, it offers you access to a private outdoor space of 10 hectares fully fenced with games room, pétanque ground, shared indoor and heated swimming pool of 55m2 with salt. (heated from May to September).
You will have free access to our carp pond to practice pole, feeder and English fishing during your stay in the Gite des Rosiers.
Plus : A catering and catering service (barbecue meat, dishes prepared in collaboration with the local butcher) and a bakery-pastry service (bread and pastries) are available on the property every day in summer, as well as quality local products.
Equipment : hob with extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster.
