In a charming house, a very beautiful 63m2 apartment for 2 people in a 3-star furnished tourist gîte on the ground floor with 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with Italian shower, toilet and fully equipped 42m2 kitchen/living room.
Modern, well-equipped and bright, it offers you access to a private outdoor space of 10 hectares, fully fenced, with games room , pétanque court, shared heated indoor swimming pool 55m2 with salt water (heated from May to September).
You will have free access to our carp pond to practice pole, feeder and English fishing during your stay in the Gite des Magniolias

A catering service (barbecue meat, dishes prepared in partnership with the local butcher) and a bakery service (bread and pastries) is available on site every day during the summer period, as well as quality local products.
Equipment : electric hob with hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster.
Recent bathroom with heated towel rail and Italian shower.
Heating : reversible air/air air conditioning
Exterior : Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, free parking on the fully fenced grounds. Clear view of the wooded park.
