This is a 2.6 ha carp fishing pond fed by the Coly, a tributary of the Dronne, located in the Dordogne at Firbeix (24). On a 10 ha fenced estate in the middle of the woods. Not overlooked and very quiet.This long lake, with a depth of 4ml at the dam, is stocked with a stock of more than 140 carp (common, mirror, white grass, ghost and KOI). The fish are combative with beautiful specimens. You have access to several tree-lined and shaded fishing spots where you can put your bivvies in addition to the fishing lodge.
The body of water is well maintained and there are no particular difficulties for the fisherman.
The pond record is 30kg (66lb) common, 29kg (64lb) mirror and 24.8kg (55lb) white Amur.
Currently there are over 40 carp above 20kg (44lb) with an average of 17kg (38lb) in 2024.
A beautiful, secluded , and peaceful fishing lodge with Wi-Fi and bathroom facilities completes the exclusive offering. The lake is equipped for bivvies with tables and shelters.
You can spend time with friends of 1 to 4 carp anglers.
This charming , comfortable and bright 33m2 gîte for 4 fishermen is composed of a double bedroom with wardrobe and storage, a comfortable BZ sofa bed in the living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a hob, a bathroom with a tiled shower and toilet.
