It is a 2.3 ha carp fishing pond fed by the Coly tributary of the Dronne located in the Dordogne in Firbeix (24). On a fenced area of 10 ha in the middle of the woods.This long lake with a depth of 4ml at the dike is stocked with a stock of more than 140 carp (common, mirror, white love). The fish are combative with beautiful specimens. You have access to several tree-lined and shaded fishing stations.
The body of water is well maintained and there are no particular difficulties for the fisherman.
The pond record is 27kg for a common carp.
At the moment there are more than 24 carp above 20kg and 5 carp above 25kg with an average of 17kg in 2023.
